That is great to hear that the article helped you Emjo. Hope he finds the balance between relaxation, job hunting, and communicating with you to ease your fears as well. I have just launched my own business at http://redreynolds.com and at times find it challenging to find the right balance. I tend to swing from amped up and working all the time to tired and in a vegetative state. Not healthy that is for sure, but trying to find the new rhythm of my schedule and business.

Thanks for this article. My boyfriend, having worked all his life, was laid off a few months ago. He is job searching with no success so far. He has horses and is spending a lot of time with them and similar pursuits. I see it as a need he has right now and know I need to be supportive. We do not have long discussions generallt, though he does periodically share that he is stressed by the situation and I can see it. You have helped ne to understand him better.
