The Indescribable talk by Louie Giglio has to be one of my favorite talks of his. I was at the first Passion Conference in Austin. I was at the second Passion Conference. Granger Community Church Baptisms from evotional.com
Just wanted to share our Baptism by the Bay video.

Wow! I wish all churches would take baptism this seriously. I love the idea of solidifying baptism as a major milestone in a person’s growth in Jesus by providing a video of the experience. I would give anything to have a video of my own baptism from when I was 10. I remember every moment of it, but seeing it now would be extra special. The video linked to above is worth your time.

As an aside: This blog may end up being more of a rant page than a valuable blog
where you learn anything. Let me apologize to my two readers. Will try to do better.

So, as the two of you know, I work at a church. I love the fact I am somehow contributing to the body of Christ daily with my talents and mad skillz. It isn’t all rosey flowers however. Working for a church which has a last century governance and management model is tough on a GenX’r. How do you think the Emergent Church movement is being fueled?
